The-Bristol-Hotel

Connected to The Birthplace of Country Music Museum, The Bristol Hotel is in the heart of the city’s Executive Plaza on the corner of The Birthplace of Country Music Way and Cumberland Street. It is two blocks from Paramount Center for the Arts, and four blocks from Downtown Center. Restored from Bristol’s striking 1925 Executive Plaza building, the reimagined 65-room boutique hotel features a rooftop bar with sweeping views of the Appalachian Mountains, a street-front restaurant with familystyle regional fare, and a former arcade-turned-social-event space for unforgettable gatherings. Vivian’s Table, the hotel’s signature restaurant, offers a familiar gathering place for guests and locals alike to enjoy soulful southern fare in a family-style setting. Utilizing seasonal bounty and locally-sourced ingredients native to the region, the menu will feature authentic, regionally-inspired Appalachian cuisine with a nod to recipes from the owner’s mother. The restaurant boasts both indoor and outdoor courtyard seating. Lumac Rooftop Bar is Bristol’s first and only rooftop bar boasting hand-poured, locally-inspired libations with 360-degree views of the scenic Smoky Mountains and downtown Bristol. Serving as Bristol’s social hub, guests can enjoy small-batch local brews on tap, barrel-aged whiskeys, live music and localized programming rotating on a nightly basis. Starting rates begin at $239 – $349 during low season and $399 – $599 during high season, depending on accommodation choice. The Bristol Hotel incorporates modern design elements while retaining architectural components that pay homage to the property’s historic roots. A meticulous restoration of the city’s 1925 Executive Plaza building, distinct interior features include exposed brick, hand-pressed lettering, steel beams, roman arched entryways and the original hand-crank elevator system displayed in the lobby. The Bristol Hotel features 3,000 square feet of flexible event space located in historic settings. Group services include advanced A/V technology, group travel room blocks, professional event planners and custom catering via the hotel’s two F&B venues. The “Reynolds Board Room” seats up to 12 people and is named for Dr. Hardin W. Reynolds, builder of the original Bristol Hotel structure. Features 365 square feet of indoor space ideal for intimate business meetings. The “Shelby Room” offers 665 square feet of elegant event space and a pre-function foyer to accommodate 60 people. Ideal for smaller seated receptions, classroom-style lectures, and family gatherings. The “Kings Room” is the most spacious and versatile venue for special events, featuring 3,000 square feet of historic event space to accommodate up to 250 guests. Interior design elements include original exposed brick, pressed lettering, and sparkling crystal chandeliers.
