SproutHR officially opened on July 15, 2016. Since then, Ashley Cox has served nearly 30 clients from across the country; many of which have been repeat clients. Her clients are small- to medium-sized business owners who are trying to navigate hiring, training and leading their teams.
Ashley works alongside business owners as their HR Partner and enjoys taking the scary and overwhelming parts of HR and making them simple, actionable and fun for her clients. She shares information through weekly blogs and newsletters, as well as on Facebook and Instagram.
